please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges, as all clothing items are custom-made based on your individual measurements. each order is tailored specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

if your item requires minor adjustments, we offer an alteration service for a fee of 50 to 100 qar, depending on the type of adjustment needed. shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

damages and issues
